I like nuts in my cookies and did miss them a little so may add some next time I make these.
Butterfinger Brownies
2 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 t. baking powder
1/4 t. salt
3/4 c. butter, melted
2 1/4 c. brown sugar
3 eggs
1 1/2 t. vanilla
3 regular size Butterfinger Candy Bars, crushed
Combine flour, baking powder and salt in a small bowl and set aside. Mix together melted butter and brown sugar and beat well. Add eggs and vanilla and beat until smooth. Stir in flour mixture. Add two crushed Butterfingers and mix well. Pour mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking pan. Crush and sprinkle remaining Butterfinger over the top of batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Cook and cut into bars. Makes 3 dozen.
These are like a blondie with little bits of chocolate spread throughout.
Yummmmm! I want one and I haven't even had breakfast yet!
ReplyDeleteThese look really good! I'll have to make them soon.
ReplyDeleteI made them yesterday - delicious and I agree they will be better with nuts. Thanks for the recipe!
